摘要
该项目位于西安市长安公园内,靠近公园西入口,南侧与东侧毗邻子午湖、西侧靠近儿童泳池区、北侧紧邻公园主路,整体呈扇形布局,大部分土地属于永久基本农田。在国家耕地“非粮化”的相关政策背景下,根据《常宁市土地利用总体规划(2006—2020年)》要求,设计须将长安公园中属于永久基本农田性质的土地恢复为具有粮食生产属性和功能的生产用地。
The project is located in Chang'an Park in Xi'an,close to the west entrance.The south and east sides of the site are adjacent to Ziwu Lake,while the west side is close to the children's swimming pool area and the north side is close to the main road of the site.The overall layout is fanshaped.
