摘要
以基准素再生混凝土(RAC)、单掺钢纤维RAC、单掺聚丙烯纤维RAC、混掺纤维RAC共16组试件为例,运用Origin软件进行数据统计与汇总,绘制荷载-挠度曲线及纤维体积掺量与韧性指数关系图,探讨废布聚丙烯纤维应用于RAC增韧阻裂的设计方案及产业化推广实施要点。结果表明,混掺合适比例的纤维于RAC构件中,能有效增韧阻裂。
Selecting 16 groups of specimens including standard recycled concrete(RAC),steel fiber RAC,polypropylene fiber RAC and composite fiber RAC as examples,Origin software is used for data statistics and summary,and the load-deflection curve and the relationship diagram between fiber volume content and toughness index are drawn.The design scheme and key points of industrialization promotion of polypropylene fiber used in RAC are discussed.Results show that composite fiber with a proper proportion can effectively toughen and prevent cracks in RAC components.
