摘要
介绍了壳聚糖的制备和发展历史,重点阐述了纳米壳聚糖的两种结构,即壳聚糖纳米微球和纳米纤维。简要介绍了壳聚糖纳米微球几种不同工艺方法,并阐述了不同工艺的应用场景,且综述了壳聚糖纳米纤维的制备方法,湿法纺丝、冷冻干燥法和静电纺丝,综述了近些年壳聚糖在诸多领域诸如超级电容器、锂离子电池,水处理,药物释放、抗菌滤膜、食品包装膜等方面的应用。最后对壳聚糖的发展及应用进行展望与建议,旨在为壳聚糖更高效的开发利用提供一定的参考。
The preparation and development history of chitosan were introduced,and the two structures of nano chitosan,namely chitosan nanospheres and nanofibers were emphatically described.This article several different process methods for chitosan nanospheres were briefly introduced,the application scenarios of different processes were highlighted.It also reviews the preparation methods of chitosan nanofibers,including wet spinning,freeze-drying,and electrospinning.The applications of chitosan in many fields in recent years were reviewed,such as supercapacitors,lithium-ion batteries,water treatment,drug release,antibacterial filters,food packaging films,etc.Finally,prospects and suggestions are made for the development and application of chitosan,aiming to provide some reference for efficient development and utilization of chitosan.
