“双减”背景下中小学教师工作负担表征及破解路径 被引量:1

摘要 目前“双减”政策正在全面实施,学生的课业负担和课外辅导负担得到有效减轻。但与此同时,中小学教师却产生新的负担:工作时间负担,工作质量负担,教师心理负担。中小学教师负担过重会产生一系列消极影响:损害教师身心健康,影响教师工作效果;阻碍教师专业发展,降低课堂教学质量;引发教师职业倦怠,造成教师频繁流失。教师是教育事业的中坚力量,教师的工作量是影响教师职业幸福感和教育教学质量的重要性因素,必须要减轻中小学教师不合理的负担:政府确保教师减负政策有效落实,减轻教师非教学负担;学校拓展课后服务渠道,提升教育教学质量;教师加强心理素质建设,促进自身专业发展。 At present,the Double Reduction policy is being fully implemented,effectively reducing students'academic burden and extracurricular tutoring burden.But at the same time,primary and secondary school teachers are facing new burdens:the burden of working time;the burden of work quality;the burden of teachers'psychology.The overburden of primary and secondary school teachers will have a series of negative effects:it damages the physical and mental health of teachers and affects their work effectiveness;hindering teachers'professional development and reducing the quality of classroom teaching;causing professional burnout among teachers,resulting in frequent teacher turnover.Teachers are the backbone of the education,and their workload i s an important factor affecting teachers'professional well-being and teaching quality.It is necessary to reduce the unreasonable burden on primary and secondary school teachers;the government should ensure the effective implementation of teacher burden reduction policies and reduce teachers'non-teaching burden;the school should expand after-school service channels and improve the quality of education and teaching;teachers should strengthen their psychological quality construction and promote their professional development.
