数字化技术在口腔上前牙区种植修复中的临床效果及对种植体根部偏移量的影响

摘要 目的探讨在口腔上前牙区种植修复中采用数字化技术的治疗效果及对种植体根部偏移量的临床影响。方法从2020年1月—2023年1月进行口腔上前牙区种植修复的患者中,选取100例作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组采用传统种植修复,观察组采用数字化种植修复,对比两组临床总有效率和种植体偏移量。结果观察组临床总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的82.00%(P<0.05);观察组种植体的根部偏移量、角度偏移量、深度偏移量和头部偏移量均小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在口腔上前牙区种植修复中采用数字化技术,不仅能有效提高治疗效果,还能减少种植体的偏差量,临床可进一步推广应用。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of digital technology on implant restoration and implant root offset in the anterior dental area of the mouth.Methods From January 2020 to January 2023,100 patients who underwent dental implant restoration in the upper anterior teeth area were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment methods used in the control group and the observation group were traditional implant restoration and digital implant restoration,respectively.The total clinical efficacy and implant offset of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 82.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The root offset,angle offset,depth offset,and head offset of the observation group were all smaller than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of digital technology in dental implant restoration in the upper anterior teeth area has a significant effect.It can not only effectively improve the treatment effect,but also reduce the deviation of the implant,which can be further promoted in clinical practice.
