品管圈活动在降低EICU多重耐药菌环境管理缺陷率中的应用

Application of quality control circle activities in reducing defect rate of environmental management of multi-drug resistant organisms in EICU

目的探讨品管圈活动在降低EICU多重耐药菌(multi drug resistant organisms,MDRO)环境管理缺陷率中的应用及效果。方法组建品管圈小组,确定以“降低EICU多重耐药菌环境管理缺陷率”为活动主题,基于现状调查及原因分析拟定对策并组织实施,进行持续质量改进。结果EICU多重耐药菌环境管理缺陷率由活动前的34.82%降低至活动后的10.87%,圈员运用品管圈后,发现及解决临床问题的能力得到提高。结论品管圈活动可有效降低EICU多重耐药菌环境管理缺陷率并增强团队协作能力。

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle activities on reducing the defect rate of environmental management of multi-drug resistant organisms(MDRO)in EICU.Methods A quality control circle group was established to conduct activities themed on"reducing the defect rate of environmental management of multidrug resistant organisms in EICU",formulate countermeasures,and organize implementation based on current situation investigation and cause analysis,aiming to achieve continuous quality improvement.Results The environmental management defect rate of MDRO in EICU decreased from 34.82%before the activity to 10.87%after the activity.The ability of group members to use the quality control circle to find and solve clinical problems was improved.Conclusion The activities of quality control circle can effectively reduce the defect rate of environmental management of MDRO in EICU and enhance the ability of team cooperation.
