循环流化床脱硫制粉站成本及外售可行性分析

摘要 部分火电厂实际燃煤煤种较设计煤种硫份偏低,脱硫制粉站设计石灰石出力与设计耗量相比,留有裕量,一般火电厂制粉站存在资源浪费情况。对某循环流化床电厂脱硫制粉站的成本进行梳理计算,得出按当前机组燃煤硫份和运行情况。制粉站单位制粉成本为91元/吨,如满负荷出力下,单位制粉成本可进一步缩减为73.44元/吨。如采取外包托管制粉站模式,运维成本和原料成本可进一步缩减。在此基础上,对制粉站的托管外包方式从经济性、市场行情、系统改造方面进行分析。该电厂制粉站为干式磨机且市场需求量高、技改工程量少等因素,表明此制粉站外包托管可行性极高。 In some thermal power plants,the sulfur content of the actual coal is lower than that of the designed coal.Compared with the designed consumption,the designed limestone output of the desulfurization and pulverizing station has a margin,and there is a waste of resources in the pulverizing station of general thermal power plants.The cost of desulfurization and pulverizing station in a circulating fluidized bed power plant is combed and calculated,and it is concluded that according to the current sulfur content and operation situation of coal-fired units.The unit milling cost of the milling station is 91 yuan/ton,which can be further reduced to 73.44 yuan/ton if the output is at full capacity.If the mode of outsourcing and hosting the pulverizing station is adopted,the operation and maintenance costs and raw material costs can be further reduced.On this basis,the outsourcing mode of the milling station is analyzed from the aspects of economy,market situation and system transformation.The milling station of this power plant is a dry mill,and the factors such as high market demand and small technical transformation amount indicate that the outsourcing trusteeship of this milling station is extremely feasible.
