大断面长距离泥质粉砂岩地层泥水盾构结泥饼现象及对策

摘要 杭州某公路项目,采用15米级超大直径泥水盾构进行主线隧道施工。在泥质粉砂岩地层中掘进时,刀盘易结泥饼,滚刀刀箱结泥饼后易导致滚刀偏磨。通过实测数据推算出刀具在泥质粉砂岩地层中的磨损系数,计算刀具的理论使用寿命。研究发现合理的泥浆指标管理、环流洗舱措施、选择合适的刀具等可以有效地缓解刀盘结泥饼的情况,延长刀具使用寿命。 A highway project in Hangzhou used 15m super large diameter slurry shield to construct the main line tunnel.When tunneling in argillaceous siltstone stratum,the cutter head is easy to form mud cake,and the hob box is easy to cause eccentric wear of the hob after mud cake.The wear coefficient of the tool in argillaceous siltstone formation is calculated from the measured data,and the theoretical service life of the tool is calculated.The study found that reasonable mud index management,circulating tank cleaning measures,and selection of appropriate tools can effectively alleviate the situation of mud cake formation and prolong the service life of tools.
