燃机电厂余热锅炉降压节能研究

摘要 介绍了燃机电厂余热锅炉的结构组成,根据目前机组运行的现状以及调峰机组的特点总结出中低压汽包排放次数多的原因分析关联图,并通过试验和调查分析,分析出主要原因。根据主要原因,提出思路,优化操作方法,制定可执行性的策略以及操作中的一些注意事项,最后通过计算,统计出单台锅炉节约的总排汽量以及中压给水泵节约的电量。 This paper introduces the structure and composition of waste heat boiler in gas turbine power plant,and summarizes the cause analysis and correlation diagram of the large number of middle and low pressure steam drum emissions according to the present operating situation of the units and the characteristics of peak shaving units,analyze the main reasons.Based on the main reasons,this study proposes ideas,optimizes operational methods,develops executable strategies,and some precautions during operation.Finally,through calculation,this study calculated the total exhaust gas saved by a single boiler and the electricity saved by the medium pressure feedwater pump.
