摘要
本文主要研究了人工智能在制造业中的应用设计,通过介绍人工智能技术在制造业中的具体应用,以设备健康管理及机械刀具磨损预测为案例,分析人工智能技术的使用实例,并提出根据算法选择和模型设计来进行人工智能应用设计的方向。通过本研究,可以为人工智能在制造业中的设计、开发以及维护提供科学性的依据,实现提高人工智能在制造业设计中应用的可靠性。本文的研究方法和技术也能为相关领域的实践提供必要的参考借鉴。
This article mainly studies the application design of artificial intelligence in the manufacturing industry.By introducing the specific application of artificial intelligence technology in the manufacturing industry,taking equipment health management and mechanical tool wear prediction as examples,it analyzes the application examples of artificial intelligence technology and proposes the direction of artificial intelligence application design based on algorithm selection and model design.Through this study,scientific basis can be provided for the design,development,and maintenance of artificial intelligence in the manufacturing industry,and the application reliability of artificial intelligence in manufacturing design can be improved.The research methods and techniques in this article can also provide necessary reference for practice in related fields.
