百年未有之大变局,使我们改革开放的外部环境发生了很大改变,中国经济发展遇到了严峻挑战,需要寻找经济持续发展的新动力,这个新动力就是开放型市场经济的加快建设。它将替代开放倒逼改革,成为促进发展新的动力机制。当前,中国正处于新旧动力机制的转型期,需要加快转型步伐,为建设和完善开放型市场经济体制采取一系列行动,减少转换所需要的成本。在制度完善的基础上,增强中国的国际竞争力。

The unprecedented changes in the past century have greatly changed the external environment of our reform and opening up,and China’s economic development has encountered severe challenges and needs to find new impetus for its continued economic development.This new driving force is the acceleration of the construction of an open market economy.It will replace the reform forced by opening up and become a new dynamic mechanism to promote development.At present,China is in the transition period of the old and new dynamic mechanisms,and needs to accelerate the pace of transformation,take a series of actions to build and improve the open market economic system,and reduce the cost of transformation.On the basis of improving the system,China’s international competitiveness will be enhanced.
