250厚度板坯中间包热交换工艺技术改进

摘要 为了处理中间包热交换过程容易出现漏钢和滞坯的问题。文章从拉速控制、旧坯壳封顶操作、液芯深度控制、挑渣操作、开浇操作等方面进行分析,并制定了对应的措施。工艺技术改进实施后各项技术指标显著提升。经过近一年的运行,板坯连铸机到目前为止累计热交换732次,成功率达到100%,连铸机作业率提高了3.4%。 In order to address the issues of steel leakage and billet stagnation during the heat exchange process in the tundish.The article analyzes the control of casting speed,top sealing operation of old billet shell,depth control of liquid core,slag lifting operation,and pouring operation,and formulates corresponding measures.After the implementation of process technology improvement,various technical indicators have significantly improved.After nearly a year of operation,the slab continuous casting machine has accumulated 732 heat exchanges so far,with a success rate of 100%,and the casting machine operation rate has increased by 3.4%.
