液相色谱仪自动进样器样品室温度的校准

摘要 液相色谱仪自动进样器样品室的温度对于液相色谱样品的储存与测试有直接影响。为了保证其准确性与溯源性,结合其温控原理和布局结构提出相关的校准项目、校准方法、技术指标及校准设备。同时,针对不同测量方式的校准设备,对有线温度测量方式与无线温度测量方式进行对比。通过分析其结构适应性和实际测量结果得出,有线温度测量方式虽然具备易于获得且成本较低的优势,但其适用范围较小,且可能导致缠绕、牵扯、样品室无法正常闭合、探头位置不易控制等情况,测量结果也显示其会影响样品室温度均匀性的测量。而无线温度测量方式由于其没有线的约束,能适用于各类自动进样器,从实际测量操作和测量结果上看也优于有线测量方式,更适合用于液相色谱仪自动进样器样品室温度的校准。 The temperature in the sample room of liquid chromatograph autosampler had a direct effect on the storage and testing of liquid chromatography samples.In order to ensure its accuracy and traceability,it was proposed of calibration items,calibration methods,technical indicators and calibration equipment based on the temperature control principle and layout structure.In addition,the wired temperature measurement method and the wireless temperature measurement method were compared according to the different calibration equipment.By its structural adaptability and measurement results,it was concluded that although the wired temperature measurement method had the advantages of easy access and low cost,its application scope was small,and might lead to entanglement,traction,the sample room not be closed normally,the probe position was not easy to control,etc.The measurement results also showed that it would affect the measurement of the temperature uniformity of the sample room.The wireless temperature measurement method was suitable for all kinds of autosampler because it had no line constraint.From the actual measurement operation and measurement results,it was better than the wired measurement method.And it was more suitable for the temperature calibration of the sample room of liquid chromatograph autosampler.
