LNG船对船加注与装卸货同步作业风险分析

摘要 以深圳盐田国际港区16号码头为作业码头,以新奥普陀号8500 m3LNG加注船(简称加注船)和法国达飞14800TEU系列LNG受注船(简称受注船)为研究对象,基于FLACS软件,通过分析加注船和受注船加注与装卸货同步作业过程中燃气泄漏的4种场景(气相软管泄漏、液相软管泄漏、加注船加注站法兰接头泄漏、受注船加注站法兰接头泄漏),获取蒸气云在受注船压载工况和满载工况下的扩散范围。研究结果表明,气相软管泄漏受注船压载工况,蒸气云最大扩散范围为87 m×31 m;受注船满载工况,蒸气云最大扩散范围为127 m×21 m。液相软管泄漏受注船压载工况,蒸气云最大扩散范围为230 m×30 m;受注船满载工况,蒸气云最大扩散范围为227 m×30 m。加注船加注站法兰接头泄漏受注船压载工况,蒸气云最大扩散范围为219.0 m×25.5 m;受注船满载工况,蒸气云最大扩散范围为3300 m×255 m。受注船加注站法兰接头泄漏受注船压载工况,蒸气云最大扩散范围为185 m×76 m;受注船满载工况,蒸气云最大扩散范围为223 m×90 m。 Taking Terminal 16 at Yantian International Port in Shenzhen as the operating terminal,and the 8500 m3 LNG bunkering vessel Xin’ao Putuo(referred to as the bunkering vessel)and CMA CGM 14800 TEU series LNG fueled vessel(referred to as the fueled vessel)as the research object,based on FLACS software,the diffusion range of vapor clouds under the ballast and full load conditions of the fueled vessel is obtained by analyzing four scenarios of gas leakage during the synchronized bunkering and cargo loading/unloading operations of the bunkering and fueled vessels(gas-phase hose leakage,liquid-phase hose leakage,flange joint leakage at the bunkering station of the bunkering vessel and flange joint leakage at the fueled station of the fueled vessel).The research results show that the maximum diffusion range of vapor cloud is 87 m×31 m under the ballast condition of the fueled vessel with gas-phase hose leakage,and under the full load condition of the fueled vessel,the maximum diffusion range of the vapor cloud is 127 m×21 m.The maximum diffusion range of the vapor cloud is 230 m×30 m under the ballast condition of the fueled vessel with liquid-phase hose leakage,and under the full load condition of the fueled vessel,the maximum diffusion range of the vapor cloud is 227 m×30 m.The maximum diffusion range of the vapor cloud is 219.0 m×25.5 m under the ballast condition of the fueled vessel with flange joint leakage at the bunkering station of the bunkering vessel,and under the full load condition of the fueled vessel,the maximum diffusion range of the vapor cloud is 330.0 m×25.5 m.The maximum diffusion range of the vapor cloud is 185 m×76 m under the ballast condition of the fueled vessel with flange joint leakage at the fueled station of the fueled vessel,and under the full load condition of the fueled vessel,the maximum diffusion range of the vapor cloud is 223 m×90 m.
