摘要
小型餐饮企业通常以瓶装液化石油气作为燃料,在储存、使用过程中,存在安全隐患。通过对佛山市小型餐饮企业用气量及分布特点进行调研,提出管道天然气供气方案。对供气路由选择、供气管道设计、管材、软管连接方式、软管试验(摆动弯曲试验、轴向180°扭曲试验)、经济性进行分析。
Small catering enterprises usually use bottled liquefied petroleum gas as fuel,which poses safety hazards in the process of storage and use.Based on the investigation of gas consumption and distribution characteristics of small catering enterprises in Foshan City,a pipeline gas supply scheme is proposed.The selection of gas supply routes,design of gas supply pipelines,pipe materials,hose connection methods,hose tests(swing bending test and axial 180°twist test),and economy are analyzed.
