居民用户天然气使用习惯和需求调查分析

Survey and Analysis of Residential Users'Natural Gas Consumption Habits and Needs

通过对北京市天然气居民用户进行问卷调查,对居民用户用气习惯、用户需求、户内安全进行分析研究。研究结果表明:居民用户具备基本的安全用气常识,居民用户对燃气设施的使用寿命不太了解。18岁以下和60岁以上的受访者用气习惯相对较差,18到60岁的受访者用气习惯差别不明显。应多关注少年和独居老人,多宣传安全用气常识,开展校园安全用气宣传教育。影响居民用户装修或日常使用的燃气设施有燃气支管、燃气阀门、燃气表和燃气立管,目前燃气管道的选材或敷设位置不能满足用户需求,应在符合国家现行标准的基础上,研究满足居民用户需求的户内燃气管道布置工艺。居民用户对使用新型燃具、使用智慧厨房设施、购买燃气设施保险的意愿较高,燃气公司应多创造智能设备体验的机会,如建设样板间或者展厅。同时在开发新型燃具、制定燃气设施保险中,充分考虑适用人群和消费成本。

Through the questionnaire survey of natural gas residential users in Beijing,the gas consumption habits,user needs and indoor safety of residential users were analyzed and studied.The analysis results show that residential users have basic general knowledge about safe gas use,but they do not know much about the service life of gas facilities.Respondents under 18 years old and over 60 years old have relatively poor gas consumption habits,and there is no significant difference in gas consumption habits of respondents between 18 and 60 years old.More attention should be paid to teenagers and elderly people living alone,more general knowledge about safe gas use should be publicized,and publicity and education on safe gas use should be carried out on campuses.Gas facilities that affect the decoration or daily use of residential users include gas branch pipes,gas valves,gas meters and gas risers.The current material selection or laying location of gas pipelines cannot meet the needs of users.The layout process of indoor gas pipelines that meet the needs of residential users should be studied on the basis of meeting the current national standards.Residential users are more willing to use new gas appliances,use smart kitchen facilities,and purchase gas facility insurance.Gas companies should create more opportunities for smart equipment experience,such as building model rooms or exhibition halls.When developing new gas appliances and formulating gas facility insurance,the applicable population and consumption costs should be fully considered.
