选取昆仑能源有限公司(简称昆仑能源)、华润燃气控股有限公司(简称华润燃气)、新奥能源控股有限公司(简称新奥能源)、中国燃气控股有限公司(简称中国燃气)4家城市燃气企业作为研究对象,从企业战略、企业业务布局、企业业务发展现状、企业业务板块业绩方面分析比较各城市燃气企业业务布局的转变。4家城市燃气企业通过多次调整战略和业务布局,从聚焦燃气转向聚焦能源,从单一燃气企业向综合能源企业转变,更加注重服务和绿色。4家城市燃气企业均将主营业务(燃气销售业务)作为发展支柱,以确保公司财务健康稳健。4家城市燃气企业大力发展增值业务和综合能源业务,构建新的利润增长极。

Four urban gas enterprises,namely Kunlun Energy Company Limited(Kunlun Energy for short),China Resources Gas Group Limited(China Resources Gas for short),ENN Energy Holding Limited(ENN Energy for short)and China Gas Holdings Limited(China Gas for short),are selected as research objects to analyze and compare the transformation of business layout of gas enterprises in various cities from the aspects of enterprise strategy,business layout,business development status and business segment performance.Four urban gas enterprises have adjusted their strategies and business layout multiple times,shifting from focusing on gas to focusing on energy,from a single gas enterprise to a comprehensive energy enterprise,and paying more attention to service and green.The four urban gas companies all regard their main business(gas sales business)as the pillar of development to ensure the company's financial health and stability.Four urban gas enterprises are vigorously developing value-added business and comprehensive energy business to build new profit growth poles.
