物流管理价值链最优化理念下农产品逆向物流体系设计研究

Research on the Design of Agricultural Reverse Logistics System under the Concept of Optimizing Logistics Management Value Chains

农产品从生产转向销售终端过程不可复制也不可逆转的特征,导致其价值链构成形式比较单一。现代供应链改进了管理思想,建设了双向流通的价值链条,让商品的增值部分能够利用供应传输链得到实现,增加农产品附加值,减少了因包装环保问题和运输过程中的腐败变质问题造成的负面影响。随着现代化物流管理价值链思想的具体形成,我国农产品逆向物流体系得到正确构建,实现了商品链条的多元化和规模化发展,让农产品流通更加繁荣发达,冷链物流、环保物流让农产品在包装运输销售全过程都得到不断升级和更新,从正向、逆向的维度打造流通链条的闭环,主要分析物流管理价值链在农产品逆向物流体系中如何实现最优化。

The characteristics of the process of agricultural products from production to sales terminals can’t be duplicated and irreversible,leading to the relatively single formation of its value chains.The modern supply chain has improved management ideas and built a two-way circulation value chain that the value-added part of the commodity can be realized by using the supply and transmission chains,increasing the added value of agri⁃cultural products,and reducing the negative impacts caused by environmental protection issues in packaging and corruption and deterioration in the transportation process.With the formation of the concept of modern logistics management value chain,the reverse logistics system of agricultural products in China has been correctly built,realizing the diversification and large-scale development of commodity chains and making the circulation of agricultural products more prosperous.Cold chain logistics and environmentally friendly logistics have continu⁃ously upgraded and updated the whole process of packaging,transportation and sales of agricultural products,creating a closed loop of the circulation chain from the forward and reverse dimensions.This paper focuses on analyzing how to optimize the value chain of logistics management in the reverse logistics system of agricultural products.
