道义经济:村庄共同富裕的实践表达——以陕西省袁家村为例

Moral Economy:A Practical Expression of Common Prosperity in Villages--Take Yuanjia Village in Shaanxi Province as an Example

进入中国特色社会主义新时代,共同富裕有着新的时代内涵和实践逻辑。本文以陕西省袁家村为例,运用道义经济学理论,分析袁家村在发展乡村旅游、实现共同富裕的过程中,道义经济与共同富裕之间紧密的逻辑关联。研究发现,道义经济在其中表现为对弱势群体生存权的保障、旅游从业者之间的互惠平衡以及纳入内部劳动力市场的道义用工体系等三个方面,道义经济得以有效运转的实践机制在于制度设计、组织载体以及以伦理规范为核心的“利益、权力、情感”之间的持续互动与共同作用,推动着共同富裕的发生、发展。道义经济作为一种经济手段,具有作为目标的双重属性,其承载着一定的社会资源,塑造了共同富裕的过程,这为共同富裕在微观实践层面提供了经验借鉴。

Entering the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,common prosperity has a new connotation and practical logic of the times.By taking Yuanjia Village in Shaanxi Province as an example,using the theoretical framework of moral economics,analyzing the close logical relationship between the moral economy and common prosperity in the process of developing rural tourism and achieving common prosperity in Yuanjia Village,in which the moral economy is manifested in three aspects:the protection of the right to survival of vulnerable groups,the reciprocal balance between tourism practitioners,and the moral employment system incorporated into the internal labor market.The continuous interaction between emotions and the joint effect promotes the occurrence and development of common prosperity.Taking the moral economy as the entry point,we can see that the moral economy as an economic means,carries a social resource and shapes the dual attributes of common prosperity.It provides a better experience for common prosperity in micro practice and enriches the further thinking and deepening of relevant theories.
