摘要
管道作为运输能源的重要工具,其安全问题一直是人们重点关注的对象,随着X100管线在石油天然气运输中的应用越来越多,交流干扰一直被认为是危害埋地钢质管道安全的重要隐患。本文采用电化学测试技术和浸泡试验研究了在碱性土壤溶液中被不同阴保电位(-0.75 V、-0.95 V、-1.1 V、-1.2 V)保护的X100管线钢电位受交流干扰电流密度(0~500A/m^(2))的影响。结果表明在碱性的库尔勒土壤模拟液中,给体系施加交流干扰后,X100管线钢平均阴保电位均会发生正向偏移,瞬时电位变化与干扰电流一致,呈现周期性震荡,说明交流干扰会减弱阴保系统的保护能力,但偏移量与阴保电位数值无明显的相关性。
As an important tool for transporting energy,the safety of pipelines has always been a key concern.With the increasing application of X100 pipelines in oil and gas transport,AC interference has always been regarded as an important potential hazard to the safety of buried steel pipelines.In this paper,electrochemical testing techniques and immersion experiments were used to investigate the effects of AC interference current density(0~500 A/m^(2))on the potential of X100 pipeline steel protected by different cathodic protection potentials(-0.75 V,-0.95 V,-1.1 V,-1.2 V)in alkaline soil solution.The results show that in the alkaline kuril soil simulant,after applying AC interference to the system,the average cathodic protection potentials of X100 pipeline steel are all positively shifted,and the instantaneous potential changes are consistent with the interference current,showing periodic oscillations,which indicates that the AC interference will weaken the protection ability of the cathodic protection system,but there is no obvious correlation between the amount of the shift and the value of the cathodic protection potentials.
