摘要
城镇燃气管道由于改线、内检测装备检测误差等问题,会造成多轮次内检测数据无法对齐、检测数据价值挖掘不充分等问题,通过建立针对城镇管道的数据对齐方法、开发燃气管道数据对齐系统等手段,实现了存在改线段燃气线路的多轮次内检测数据自动对齐及改线段的自动判别;在内检测数据自动对齐基础上提出了针对金属损失、凹陷、焊缝缺陷点的匹配方法,以获取金属损失点及凹陷的增长情况;依据缺陷匹配情况,提出燃气管线的剩余寿命预测方法;最后以某段60 km的燃气管道为例,对该方法进行验证。实地验证结果表明:该方法能够快速识别和定位误检、漏检及改线段位置,自动对齐效率在98%以上,并完成93.6%的缺陷点的自动匹配工作,证明该方法具有较高的可行性及适用性。
Due to the problems such as line change and detection errors of internal testing equipment in urban gas pipelines,the detection data in multiple rounds cannot be aligned,and the value mining of detection data is not sufficient.By establishing data alignment methods for urban pipelines and developing data alignment systems for gas pipelines,the automatic alignment of multi-turn detection data and automatic discrimination of gas lines with line change segments are realized.Based on the automatic alignment of internal detection data,a matching method for metal loss,sag and weld defect points was proposed to obtain the growth of metal loss points and sag.According to the defect matching situation,the residual life prediction method of gas pipeline is proposed.Finally,a 60 km gas pipeline is taken as an example to verify the proposed method.The field verification results show that the proposed method can quickly identify and locate the positions of false detection,missed detection,and changed line segments,achieve the automatic alignment efficiency of more than 98%,and complete the automatic matching of 93.6% of the defect points,which proves that the proposed method has high feasibility and applicability.
