基于地磁和重力感知原理的压力管道轴测图自动测绘

摘要 在不便获取待检压力管道轴测图的情况下,现场测绘轴测图是压力管道检验过程中的必要手段。基于地磁场和重力场感知原理,通过解算三轴加速度传感器和三轴磁阻传感器数据可计算出管道走向的水平方位角和俯仰角,据此构建管道三维走向的拓扑数据。基于该原理,开发出面向检验现场的压力管道轴测图自动测绘仪,包括手持式硬件感知模块和包含自动测绘应用程序(App)的手持式智能终端,两者采用无线数据通讯。该方法和仪器可实现压力管道检验过程中轴测图数据和检验数据的综合管理,使测绘过程准确高效,提高了检验过程数字化、信息化、智能水平。 On site axonometric mapping is a necessary means in the process of pressure pipeline inspection when it is inconvenient to obtain the isometric drawing.By sensing the geomagnetic field and the gravitational field,the horizontal azimuth and pitch angles of the pipeline trend can be calculated with the data obtained from the threeaxis acceleration sensor and the three-axis magneto resistive sensor,and topological data of 3D pipeline trend can be constructed.A hand-held hardware sensing module and a hand-held intelligent terminal containing the automatic mapping application(App)were included in the instrument,and both of them communicate data through wireless mode.The method and the instrument can realize the comprehensive management of the axonometric data and the inspection data in the pressure pipeline inspection process,with which more accurate and efficient mapping process can be realized,and the digitization,informatization and intelligence level of the inspection process can be improved.
