摘要
压力管道腐蚀减薄对工业生产造成重大安全隐患,而传统的无损检测方法不能有效地对带覆盖层的工业管道进行在线检测,本文从对脉冲涡流检测技术的最新发展综述出发,通过分析几种传统无损检测技术和几种无损检测新技术的特点,确定采用脉冲涡流检测技术对一批带保温层蒸汽管道进行腐蚀检测,在腐蚀位置再利用电磁超声检测和其他无损检测方法进行缺陷验证,从而可以准确检测出带保温层蒸汽管道的腐蚀情况。
The corrosion thinning of pressure pipeline has caused significant potential safety hazards to industrial production,while the traditional nondestructive testing methods can’t effectively carry out online testing of industrial pipelines with coatings.This paper starts from the latest development of pulsed eddy current testing technology,and analyzes the characteristics of several traditional nondestructive testing technologies and several new nondestructive testing technologies.The pulsed eddy current testing technology was adopted to detect the corrosion of a batch of steam pipes with thermal insulation layer,and electromagnetic ultrasonic testing and other nondestructive testing methods were used to verify the defects at the corrosion location,so that the corrosion of steam pipes with thermal insulation layer could be accurately detected.
