摘要
某石化炼油芳烃生产部70000 Nm^(3)/h变压吸附制氢装置(PSA)吸附器塔顶及送氢管线螺栓(35CrMo、M27×270 mm)断裂,10台吸附器塔顶及送氢管线螺栓均发生不同程度的断裂,断裂部位都在同一部位,造成装置非计划性停工。通过对该螺栓进行各项检验及分析,结合现场工艺情况,找出了断裂失效原因,确定该螺栓断裂由应力腐蚀造成。
The top of the adsorber tower and the bolt(35CrMo,M27×270 mm)of the hydrogen delivery pipeline of a 70000 Nm^(3)/h(PSA)hydrogen production unit in the aromatic production department of a petrochemical refinery cracked.10 adsorber towers and bolts cracked in different degrees and cracked parts were at the same position,caused unplanned shutdown of the unit.Through various inspections and analysis of the bolt,combined with on-site process conditions,the failure cause of the fracture was found out,and the fracture of the bolt was determined to be caused by stress corrosion.
