摘要
分析铅酸蓄电池用重力浇铸板栅和连轧连冲板栅的腐蚀失重率、金相结构和循环伏安曲线。研究发现,连轧连冲板栅的平均腐蚀失重率是重力浇铸板栅的2倍,其中连轧连冲板栅的腐蚀速率在腐蚀5 d后趋于稳定,而重力浇铸板栅的腐蚀速率在腐蚀3 d后趋于稳定。连轧连冲板栅的PbO_(2)/Pb氧化腐蚀电位比重力浇铸板栅的负68 mV。连轧连冲板栅的析氧电位比重力浇铸板栅的负30 mV。
In an attempt to evaluate the variety performances of grids which were made by gravity casting and con-punch method,the corrosion weight loss,metallographic phase and cyclic voltammetry of girds were studied.It is found that the corrosion weight loss of continuous rolling and continuous punching gird was two times higher than that of gravity casting gird.The time for continuous rolling and continuous punching gird and gravity casting grid to reach a platform of corrosion rate were 5 d and 3 d respectively.The oxidation potential of PbO_(2)/Pb for continuous rolling and continuous punching gird was more negative 68 mV than that of gravity casting gird according to the result of cyclic voltammetry experiment,and its evolution oxygen potential was also lower than that of gravity casting gird by 30 mV.
