铅酸蓄电池货物防倾斜和防移位装箱方法的探讨

摘要 为了解决本企业2019年之前集装箱经常出现的装车货物倾斜和移位问题,首先通过研究不同公司货物的横向和纵向打包方式,总结出摞放后井字形打包方式是最有效的。同时,在公司内部通过静压试验和实地跑车试验,进一步验证井字形打包的可靠性。然后,介绍了铅酸蓄电池集装箱装车货物两层和三层的摞放要求和打包方法。最后,通过实际案例,分享集装箱装车货物防倾斜和防移位的研究成果。货物整体摞放后的整齐程度和打包方法是关键所在,直接决定高质量交付。 In order to solve the problem of tilting and shifting of loaded goods that often occur before the 2019 container year of our company,we first studied the horizontal and vertical packing methods of different companies'goods,and concluded that the vertical packing method after stacking is the most effective.At the same time,through static pressure test and field sports car test in the company,the reliability of the shaft packing is further verified.Then,the requirements and packing methods of two and three layers of lead-acid battery container cargoes are introduced.Finally,through practical cases,the research results of anti-tilt and anti-shift of containerized cargoes are shared.The neatness and packing method of the goods after the whole stack is the key,which directly determines the high quality of delivery.
