远控自动化背景下岸边集装箱起重机语音系统分析

Analysis of voice system of quayside container crane under the background of remote-control automation

近年来随着集装箱装卸港口的基础建设升级,岸边集装箱起重机行业信息化和自动化技不断发展和革新,岸边集装箱起重机上配套的语音系统也必须适应新的整机工况而进行功能升级。通过国际、国内一些集装箱码头运营商对订购岸边集装箱起重机上语音系统的标书要求以及对应的解决方案,文中介绍了几种岸边集装箱起重机常用的语音方案,并对不同方案的特点和应用优缺点进行分析。另外,结合相关设计和使用经验,提出了面相未来的远控自动化岸边集装箱起重机语音系统的改进方案,对远程控制网络工况下语音系统的功能要求进行细致阐述,并提出未来远控语音系统的优化方向及优化方案的可行性和实用性。

In recent years,with the upgrading of the infrastructure of container ports,the information and automation technologies of the quayside container crane industry has been developing and innovating,and the voice system on the quayside container crane also needs to be upgraded to adapt to the new working conditions of the whole machine.Based on the bidding requirements of some container terminal operators at home and abroad for the voice system of quayside container cranes and the corresponding solutions,this paper introduces several commonly used voice programs for quayside container cranes,and analyzes the characteristics and application advantages and disadvantages of different schemes.In addition,combined with the relevant design and use experience,an improvement scheme of the remote-control automatic quayside container crane voice system for the future is put forward,the functional requirements of the voice system under the remote control network conditions are described in detail,and the optimization direction of the future remote control voice system is put forward and the feasibility and practicability of the optimization scheme are verified.
