大件设备自卸方法在核电风电领域的应用

摘要 随着近些年我国核电风电行业的快速发展,液压平板车在核电风电大件运输及自卸自装情况的应用也越来越广泛。文中简要介绍了液压平板车的组成及升降工作原理,叙述了核电风电大件设备自装自卸工装的类型及选用原则、自装自卸施工方法及其实际操作流程、工装校核方法、大件设备暂存场地承载力校核等,并就提出了设备在存储期间的安全巡检工作流程,最后总结了目前大件设备自卸方法的应用情况。 With the rapid development of China’s nuclear power and wind power industry in recent years,the hydraulic platform truck is more and more widely used in the transportation and self-unloading and self-loading in the field of nuclear power and wind power.In this paper,the structure and lifting working principle of the hydraulic platform truck are briefly introduced,the types and selection principles of self-loading and self-unloading tooling for large equipment in the field of nuclear power and wind power,the construction methods of self-loading and self-unloading and its actual operation process,the tooling verification method,and the bearing capacity verification of large equipment temporary storage site are explained.The work procedures of safety inspection during equipment storage are proposed.Finally,the application of self-unloading method of large equipment is summarized.
