装备数字化是数字经济的重要组成,是装备产业高质量发展的必然趋势。文中以产品数字化为主,兼顾管理数字化和服务数字化,从装备技术数字化、业务数字化和特种设备专项管理要求出发,介绍了起重装备数字化技术路线及其实施路径,构建“传统物理装备+新兴数字资产”的特种设备研发、生产、运维与监管的新价值体系和新业态模式,以减人、提效、增安为目标,用数字技术和数据要素提高起重装备创新能力、生产效率和市场竞争力。

As an important component of digital economy,equipment digitalization is an irresistible trend of high-quality development of equipment industry.In this paper,focusing on the digitalization of products and considering the digitalization of management and service,starting from the requirements of equipment technology digitalization,business digitalization and special management of special equipment,the technical route and implementation pathway of hoisting equipment digitalization are introduced.A new value system and a new business model of special equipment R&D,production,operation and maintenance and supervision of“traditional physical equipment+emerging digital assets”will be established to reduce labor,increase efficiency,enhance safety management,and improve the innovation ability,production efficiency and market competitiveness of hoisting equipment with digital technology and data elements.
