摘要 金属箔卷是重要的工业产品,提高其在生产中的各个环节间的智能、自动化转运,降低能耗,提高产品质量与管理水平是一项重要的研究课题。文中以实际项目为例,研究了项目具体需求,对智能工厂中金属箔卷类货物单元的自动化物流系统进行方案设计,以自动化立体库的方式解决该类货物自动化存储和搬运的实现,得出采用自动化立体仓库等自动化物流系统的可行方案。 Metal foil is an important industrial product,so it is an important research topic to improve the intelligent production,realize automatic transshipment,reduce energy consumption,and improve product quality and management level.In this paper,taking a project as an example,the specific requirements of the project were studied,and the design of an automated logistics system for metal foil roll cargo units in an intelligent factory was proposed.An automated warehouse was established as a way to realize automated storage and handling,and a feasible scheme of automated logistics system such as an automated warehouse is obtained.
