深冷工况下铝塑膜拉伸性能及抗疲劳性能的探讨

摘要 本文研究了室温与-196℃下(基于某产品的防潮层),江苏与瑞典两种不同型号铝塑膜的拉伸性能和抗疲劳性能。试验结果表明,在深冷工况下,江苏铝塑膜的性能作为防潮材料的可靠性优于瑞典铝塑膜的性能。江苏铝塑膜室温下的拉伸性能均优于瑞典铝塑膜;瑞典铝塑膜-196℃下的拉伸性能均优于江苏铝塑膜。江苏铝塑膜与瑞典铝塑膜在-196℃经过5000次曲挠试验后,表面均出现微观缺陷,但曲挠疲劳试验后江苏铝塑膜的拉伸性能基本保持不变,瑞典铝塑膜的拉伸性能略有上升,说明瑞典铝塑膜抗疲劳性能优于江苏铝塑膜。 In this paper,the tensile properties and fatigue resistance of two different types of aluminum-plastic films(Jiangsu and Sweden)at room temperature and-196℃were studied.The test results show that the performance of Jiangsu aluminum plastic film is better than that of Sweden aluminum plastic film as moisture-proof material under cryogenic condition.The tensile properties of Jiangsu aluminum plastic film at room temperature are better than that of Sweden aluminum plastic film;The tensile properties of Swedish aluminum plastic film at-196℃are better than those of Jiangsu aluminum plastic film.After 5000 times of flexure test at-196℃,both Jiangsu aluminum plastic film and Sweden aluminum plastic film have micro defects on the surface.However,after flexure fatigue test,the tensile properties of Jiangsu aluminum plastic film basically remain unchanged,while the tensile properties of Sweden aluminum plastic film slightly increase,indicating that the fatigue resistance of Sweden Discussion on tensile properties and fatigue resistance of aluminum plastic film as moisture-proof layer under cryogenic conditionsaluminum plastic film is better than that of Jiangsu aluminum plastic film.
