摘要
目前在手机组装工艺中,同轴线的安装一直存在人工操作效率低下,手动安装质量不稳定等问题。针对这些问题,设计一套视觉伺服系统,能够实现自动化装配同轴线的目的。首先通过九点标定法、旋转中心圆拟合法对系统进行标定;然后在实际加工过程中利用Mark点定位算法和Blob分析算法,校正示教的加工点;最后通过模板匹配算法计算得到同轴线线头的位置和角度信息,进行抓取加工。实验结果表明,基于视觉伺服系统的同轴理线机能够满足实际生产的需要。
At present,in the process of the mobile phone assembly,the step of install the coaxial line has common problems such as low efficiency for manual operation and unstable installation quality.In order to solve these problems,a visual servo system is designed to achieve the goal of automatic assembling coaxial line.Firstly,it calibrates the system by using nine-point calibration method and rotation center circle fitting method;then Mark point positioning algorithm and Blob analysis algorithm are used to correct the teaching points in the actual processing process.Finally,for the purpose of grabbing the coaxial line,using template matching algorithm to calculate the position and angle information of the head of the coaxial line.The experimental results show that the coaxial line assembly machine based on the visual servo system could meet the needs of actual production.
