基于真空压差法的主变压器绝缘油含气量超标检测研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提升主变压器绝缘油气体检测效果,提出一种基于真空压差法的主变压器绝缘油含气量超标检测方法。将真空压差法和理想气体状态方程相结合,采集主变压器绝缘油中的气体,通过时间序列和滑动窗口筛选多维数据流,记录主变压器绝缘油含气量超标的时间和类型,构建主变压器绝缘油含气量超标判断模型。通过k-means聚类方法完成超标检测模型的构建。实验结果表明,不同负荷及不同温度条件下,所提方法的误检率保持在1.2%以内,查准率和查全率分别达到了98.25%和98.85%。 In order to improve the detection effect of main transformer insulating oil gas,a method based on vacuum pressure difference method is proposed to detect the excessive gas content of main transformer insulating oil.Combining the vacuum pressure difference method with the ideal gas state equation,the gas in the main transformer insulating oil is collected,the multi-dimensional data stream is screened by time series and sliding window,the time and type of the gas content exceeding the standard of the main transformer insulating oil are recorded,and the judgment model of the gas content exceeding the standard of the main transformer insulating oil is constructed.Through k-means clustering method,the construction of exceeding standard detection model is completed.Experimental results show that under different loads and temperatures,the false detection rate of the proposed method is kept within 1.2%,and the precision rate and recall rate reach 98.25%and 98.85%,respectively.
