“调神通络”针法治疗急性缺血性脑卒中肢体运动功能障碍理论探析

Theoretical Analysis of Spirit-Regulating and Collateral-Unblocking AcupunctureMethod in the Treatment of Limb Motor Dysfunction in Acute Ischemic Stroke

急性缺血性脑卒中是临床常见的脑血管疾病,超过半数患者会出现肢体运动功能障碍。急性缺血性脑卒中发病后,脑髓失养,神不导气,脉络不通,形神失调,患者肢体活动不利,“形”“神”互累进一步加重肢体运动功能障碍,显著降低患者的生活水平。“调神通络”针法在“形神一体观”理论指导下,将“形神同调”理念贯穿于急性缺血性脑卒中的诊疗过程中,通过针刺达到益髓通络、养神治形的目的,提高临床疗效。本文结合急性缺血性脑卒中肢体运动功能障碍的病因病机,探讨“调神通络”针法治疗该病的选穴思路及针刺机理,以期为针刺治疗该病提供理论依据。

Acute ischemic stroke is a common clinical cerebrovascular disease,and more than half of the patients have limb motor dysfunction.After the onset of acute ischemic stroke,brain marrow loses nourishment,spirit fails to guide qi,vessels and collaterals are blocked,body and spirit are disharmonized,and the patients have inhibited body movement.The body and spirit drag on each other,further aggravating limb motor dysfunction and significantly reducing the living standards.Under the guidance of the theory of“holism of body and spirit”,spirit-regulating and collateral-unblocking acupuncture integrates the concept of“adjusting body and spirit together”into the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Through the above acupuncture method,the purpose of benefiting marrow,unblocking collaterals,nourishing spirit and treating body can be achieved,and the clinical efficacy can be improved.Based on the pathogenesis of limb motor dysfunction in acute ischemic stroke,this paper discusses the acupoint selection ideas and acupuncture mechanism of spirit-regulating and collateral-unblocking acupuncture treatment of the disease,in order to provide theoretical basis for acupuncture treatment of the disease.
