“岗课赛证创”多维度融通课程体系改革探索

Reform Exploration of the Multidimensional Integration Curriculum System of“Post Course Competition Certificate Innovation”

现今数字化企业“用工荒”与信息类专业学生“求职难”矛盾现象时有发生,究其原因与高校信息类专业课程体系的设置有着密切的关系。为缓解矛盾,将“岗课赛证创”多维度融通理念引入到信息类专业的课程体系中,从就业岗位引入、重构课程体系、构建竞赛体系、对接职业技能等级证书、渗透双创教育五个方面入手,以大数据技术专业为例,探索基于“岗课赛证创”融通的课程体系构建以及实施的保障措施,以提高大数据技术专业的人才培养质量,增强学生的就业竞争力。

The contradiction between the“shortage of employment”in digital enterprises and the“difficulty in finding jobs”among information majors often occurs,which is closely related to the curriculum system of information majors in universities.In order to relieve conflicts,the multi-dimensional integration concept of“post course competition certification and innovation”is introduced into the reform of the big data technology professional curriculum system.Starting from five aspects:introducing employment positions,restructuring the curriculum system,constructing a competition system,connecting vocational skill level certificates,and infiltrating entrepreneurship and innovation education,Take big data technology as an example,the construction and implementation of a curriculum system based on the integration of“post course competition certification and innovation”is explored,as well as the guarantee measures,which is to improve the quality of talent cultivation in big data technology majors,and enhance students'employment competitiveness.
