基于空气源热泵的公路融雪系统性能分析——以济源地区为例

摘要 为研究空气源热泵系统在北方寒冷地区的冬季融冰性能,对济源市具有代表性某段山区公路的典型降雪日进行融雪负荷计算,从山区公路的负荷特性入手,确定空气源热泵机组融雪系统的方案配置,与电缆融雪方案进行经济性对比分析,结果表明:空气源热泵融雪系统综合能效比可达到2.6以上,较电缆融雪系统方案节约运营成本和总成本,空气源热泵系统方案是一种比较合理的融雪方案。方案可为实际工程项目设计提供参考,也为我国其他地区公路融雪防冰工程提供参考。 In order to study the winter ice melting performance of air source heat pump systems in cold northern regions,this paper calculates the snow melting load on a typical snowfall day of a mountainous highway in Jiyuan City.Starting from the load characteristics of mountainous highways,the scheme configuration of the air source heat pump unit snow melting system is determined,and the economic comparison and analysis with the cable snow melting scheme are conducted.The results show that the comprehensive energy efficiency ratio of the air source heat pump snow melting system can reach over 2.6,which saves operating costs and total costs compared to the cable snow melting system scheme.The air source heat pump system scheme is a relatively reasonable snow melting solution.The plan can provide reference for actual engineering project design and also provide reference for highway snow melting and anti icing engineering in other regions of China.
