中文版认知储备指数量表在健康成人中的信度与效度

Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of thecognitive reserve index questionnaire in healthy adults

目的:对中文版认知储备指数量表(CRIq)的信度与效度进行分析,使其适应中国人群。方法:本研究共纳入590名健康志愿者(330名女性,260名男性),年龄(39.71±9.81)岁,受教育年限(15.34±3.23)年。由2名评定者对其中36名志愿者在不同的时间分别进行评估,以获得评定者间信度。为了获得重测信度,选取其中34名志愿者在第1次测量后2~4周再次使用问卷进行测评。采用独立样本t检验观察性别差异。采用探索性因子分析进行量表的效度评价。结果:CRIq克伦巴赫α系数为0.835,问卷的信度较好。评定者间信度高(ICC:0.998,95%CI:0.997~0.999,n=36)。重测信度结果较好(r为0.805~0.996,n=34)。探索性因素分析提取三因子(CRI-教育,CRI-职业活动,CRI-休闲活动),累积方差贡献率46.17%。结论:CRIq在中国健康成人中的信度及效度良好。

Objective:To conduct reliability and validity analysis on the Chinese version of the cognitive reserve index questionnaire(CRIq)to adapt it to the Chinese population.Methods:A total of 590 healthy volunteers(330 women and 260 men),mean age(39.71±9.81)years,mean years of education(15.34±3.23)years,were participated in the study.Thirty-six of the volunteers were assessed separately by two raters at different times to obtain inter-rater reliability.To obtain retest reliability,34 of the volunteers were selected to be reassessed using the questionnaire 2~4 weeks after the first measurement.Independent samples t-test was used to observe gender differences.The validity of the scale was evaluated by exploratory factor analysis using the obtained data.Results:CRIq had a Cronbachs alpha coefficient of 0.835,and the reliability of the questionnaire was good.The inter-rater reliability was quite high(ICC:0.998,95%CI:0.997-0.999,n=36).Retest reliability results were good(r=0.805~0.996,n=34).Exploratory factor analysis extracted three factors(CRI-education,CRI-occupational activity,and CRI-leisure time)with a cumulative variance contribution of 46.17%.Conclusion:CRIq has good reliability and validity in the Chinese population.
