氟化SiO_(2)-环氧树脂超疏水涂层水泥砂浆耐久性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 以往的研究表明,超疏水涂层能够隔绝或减少水的渗透,是水泥混凝土显著提升耐久性能手段之一。研究了氟化Si O_(2)-环氧树脂(EP)超疏水涂层水泥砂浆表面的耐磨性能和附着力强度,通过吸水率,抗渗性能和抗氯离子渗透性能分析了水泥砂浆耐久性能。结果表明:该涂层与水泥砂浆具有良好的黏结性能,在100、200 g负载下磨损50次后涂层仍具有超疏水性,并且通过胶带粘贴3次后附着力等级仍有2级;超疏水涂层砂浆具有良好的拒水能力,其吸水率、渗水深度和电通量分别比普通砂浆降低了44%、70%、40%,抗渗等级达到P14以上。 Previous studies have shown that super-hydrophobic coating can isolate or reduce water penetration,which is one of the means to significantly improve the durability of cement concrete.The wear resistance and adhesion of fluorinated SiO_(2)-epoxy resin(EP)superhydrophobic coating on the surface of cement mortar were studied.The durability of cement mortar is analyzed by water absorption,anti-permeability and anti-chloride ion permeability.The results show that the coating has excellent bonding performance with cement mortar.After being worn for 50 times under the load of 100 g and 200 g,the coating still has super hydrophobicity,and the adhesion grade is still grade 2 after being pasted with adhesive tape for three times.The superhydrophobic coated mortar has good water repellency,and its water absorbance,seepage depth and electric flux are reduced 44%,70%and 40%compared with the normal mortar,respectively.Its anti-permeability grade is above P14.
