考虑备料计划的柔性作业车间动态调度

摘要 机器故障等动态因素不仅导致生产设备变更,同时影响对应的备料计划,进一步扩大对生产效率的影响,为此对动态调度下的备料计划调整进行了研究。以最小化最大完成时间为预调度目标,建立带有备料计划关联调整的柔性作业车间动态调度模型,提出一种改进的受影响工序选择的方法,并设计多阶段合作博弈策略进行动态调度优化,在动态环境下快速调整生产方案。通过仿真实验,验证了此模型、方法和策略能及时有效地应对动态调度中的备料计划调整问题,且具有较好的鲁棒性与稳定性。 Dynamic factors such as machine failure not only lead to the change of production equipment,but also affect the corresponding material preparation plan,which further expands the influence on production efficiency.Therefore,the adjustment of material preparation plan under dynamic scheduling was studied.Aiming at minimizing the maximum completion time as the pre-scheduling objective,a flexible job-shop dynamic scheduling model with associated adjustment of material preparation plan was established,and an improved method of selection of the affected process was proposed.A multi-stage cooperative game strategy was designed to optimize dynamic scheduling and quickly adjust production plans under dynamic environment.Through the simulation experiment,it is verified that the model,method and strategy can timely and effectively deal with the problem of material preparation plan adjustment in dynamic scheduling,and has good robustness and stability.
