摘要
为推进超宽谱脉冲产生装置轻小型化,采用同轴型Tesla变压器与脉冲形成线分离结构,利用高介电常数液体绝缘材料作为储能介质,通过理论计算和仿真设计提出了脉冲驱动源可行性技术方案,克服了高电压脉冲绝缘和阻抗匹配优化设计难题,研制了一种紧凑型低阻抗、高储能密度脉冲驱动源。试验结果表明,该脉冲驱动源输出功率为4.57 GW,脉冲宽度约为13.6 ns,装置总质量小于140 kg。在相同质量和体积情况下,与上一代驱动源相比,新型脉冲驱动源输出功率提高了2倍。经测试,该脉冲驱动源能长时间稳定运行,最高重复频率为100 Hz,可累计运行10^(5)次脉冲免维护。
To promote the miniaturization of ultra-wide spectrum pulse generator,a feasible technical scheme for pulse drive sources is proposed through theoretical calculation and simulation design.A compact pulse drive source with low impedance and high energy storage density is developed.The coaxial Tesla pulse transformer is separated from the pulse forming line,and high dielectric constant liquid insulating material is used as energy storage medium.The experimental results show that the developed pulse drive source has an output power of 4.57 GW,a pulse width of approximately 13.6 ns,and a total mass of less than 140 kg.With the same mass and volume,the output power of the novel pulse drive source has increased by two times compared to the previous one.After testing,the pulse drive source can operate stably for a long time,with a maximum repetition frequency of 100 Hz and a cumulative operation of 10^(5) pulses without maintenance.
