母猪定时输精技术研究进展

摘要 母猪定时输精(Fixed-Time Artificial Insemination,FTAI)是一项利用生殖激素控制母猪发情排卵以便在固定时间对母猪进行人工授精的繁殖技术。目前,有关FTAI技术的研究较多,但FTAI技术引入我国的时间较短,国内对FTAI方案的选择比较单一,且在实际应用过程中影响FTAI效果的因素较多,如不同激素组合的FTAI方案导致效果差异以及输精次数、高温季节导致的母猪热应激等问题,还需深入研究和完善。本文综述了当前国内主要使用的FTAI程序,国内外不同激素组合的FTAI方案与季节对参与FTAI程序母猪繁殖性能影响的研究进展,以及激素处理对母猪机体影响的研究现状,以期对生猪业发展提供参考。 Fixed-time Artificial Insemination(FTAI)is a reproductive technology that using reproductive hormones to control sows'estrus and ovulation in order to artificially inseminate sows at a fixed time.At present,there are many researches on FTAI technology,but it has been introduced to China for a short time,and the selection of FTAI program in China is still relatively single.And there are many factors affecting the effect of FTAI during its application,such as the difference of effect caused by different hormone combination,the number of inseminations,heat stress of sows caused by high temperature season,etc.,which need to be studied and improved in depth.Therefore,the paper reviews the current FTAI program mainly used in China,the research progress on the effect of FTAI program with different hormone combination and seasons on the reproductive performance of sows involved in FTAI program at home and abroad,and the research status of the effect of hormone treatment on sow organism,which was expected to provide references for the development of Swine industry.
