摘要 外泌体是一种由细胞分泌的,直径为30~150 nm且具有双层膜结构的囊泡,在动物体液中广泛存在,含有mRNA、miRNA、蛋白质和脂质等多种内容物。外泌体可以促进卵泡发育,其携带的miRNA在这个过程中发挥重要作用。本文综述了不同来源的外泌体及其携带的miRNA对于卵泡发育的影响和调节机制,以期为进一步研究外泌体及其内容物的作用和提高卵泡发育能力的方法提供参考。 Exosomes(EXs)are secreted by cells with a diameter of 30-150 nm and double membrane structure.Exosomes were widely found in animal body fluids and carried a variety of biological substances such as mRNA,miRNA,protein and lipids.It has been found that exosomes can promote follicular development,miRNA carried by exosomes has been found to play an important role in this process.In this paper,we review the effects of exosomes and their miRNAs on follicles,in order to provide reference information for further research on the effects of exosomes and their contents and methods to improve the development ability of follicle.
