摘要
以“双碳”目标的实现为背景,将煤炭资源富集区作为碳减排的重点区域,基于绿色技术创新的中介视角,选取2011-2020年面板数据进行实证分析,探究煤炭资源富集区数字经济发展对碳排放的影响机制。研究结果表明:数字经济对煤炭资源富集区的碳排放影响存在显著的倒U型非线性关系,而绿色技术创新水平在当中发挥了部分中介作用,数字经济通过提高绿色技术创新水平进而降低了地区碳排放水平,异质性分析表明,数字经济对碳排放的影响作用受数字经济政策实施的影响,具有时滞性。
With the realization of the“dual carbon”goal as the background,this paper takes the coal resource-rich area as the key area for carbon emission reduction.Based on the intermediary perspective of green technology innovation,panel data from 2011-2020 is selected for empirical analysis to explore the impact mechanism of digital economy development on carbon emission in the coal resource-rich area.The research shows that:There is a significant inverse U-shaped nonlinear relationship between digital economy and carbon emission in coal resource-rich areas,in which the level of green technology innovation plays an important intermediary role.Digital economy reduces regional carbon emission by improving the level of green technology innovation.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the impact of digital economy on carbon emission is influenced by the implementation of digital economy policies with time lag.
