人工智能是当今时代的重要特征和驱动力,它对各行各业都产生了深刻的影响,学术期刊领域也不例外。一方面,人工智能对学术期刊编辑的专业素养与发展具有积极影响,如帮助编辑提高工作效率和质量、扩大学术视野和知识面、优化编辑服务和管理;另一方面,人工智能的使用可能会削弱编辑的主体性和责任感,导致编辑过度依赖人工智能,缺乏主动性、判断力和批判性,降低编辑独立思考和决策的能力,忽视错误、漏洞和风险,减弱编辑质量控制和风险防范的意识,从而带来不可忽视的消极影响。为此,我们提出了加强基础知识与技能培训、提升综合素质与核心竞争力以及建立健康态度与价值观等培养适应人工智能时代要求的学术期刊编辑专业素养与工作方法和策略,冀能为学术期刊编辑的职业发展提供有益的参考与启示。

As an important feature and driver of our time,artificial intelligence(AI)has brought a profound impact on all walks of life,and the field of academic journals is no exception.On the one hand,AI has a positive impact on the professional quality and development of academic journal editors,such as helping editors improve work efficiency and quality,expand academic vision and knowledge,and optimize editing services and management;On the other hand,AI may weaken the subjectivity and sense of responsibility of editors,resulting in excessive reliance on AI,lack of initiative,judgment and criticism,reduce the ability of editors to think and make decisions independently,ignore errors,loopholes and risks,and weaken the awareness of editing quality control and risk prevention,thus bringing negative impacts that cannot be ignored.Therefore,we put forward methods and strategies to cultivate the professional quality and work of academic journal editors that meet the requirements of the era of artificial intelligence,such as strengthening basic knowledge and skills training,improving comprehensive quality and core competitiveness,and establishing healthy attitudes and values,hoping to provide valuable reference and enlightenment for the development of academic journal editors.
