我国人工智能关键领域技术标准化研究

Research on the standardization in key domain technologies of artificial intelligence in China

摘要 依据现行新一代人工智能标准体系建设指南规定的标准体系结构分类,分别以发布的有效标准和在研立项标准两个维度系统梳理了人工智能涉及关键领域技术标准化研究现状。从统计数据可以得出,我国已初步建立人工智能关键领域技术标准体系,尤其是智能语音和人机交互等关键领域的标准化研究已经走在了国际前列。但是仍存在标准研究与产业发展不匹配、安全标准研究不足、伦理道德标准滞后等突出问题,最后对相关标准化体系发展提出发展建议。 According to the classification of the standard architecture given in the new generation AI standard system construction guide,the paper studied systematically on the results of standardization research in key domain technologies of AI field in our country by the published standards and the being studied standard.From the statistical data,the conclusion can be obtained that the standards system has been formed of the key domain technologies,in addition,the results have leaded the world on the intelligent speech technologies and the human-computer interaction technologies.However,there are still some outstanding problems,such as the mismatch between standard research and industry development,insufficient research on security standards,and the lag of ethical standards.Finally,the author put forward some suggestions on the development of relevant standardization system.
