摘要
采用国内氧化铜精矿制备无机杀菌剂氧氯化铜产品,铜精矿在700℃下煅烧3 h,焙渣还原力0.3%,铜的氧化率为97%。氧化矿焙渣用工业盐酸浸取制备氯化铜溶液,反应温度80℃,反应时间1.5 h,盐酸浓度20%;氯化铜溶液净化除杂后用工业烧碱溶液沉淀氯化铜净化溶液制备氧氯化铜,反应温度70℃,反应时间2 h,烧碱溶液浓度为200 g/L,制备的氧氯化铜干燥后,产品含Cu在55%~56%,含Cl在15%~16%,73%产品粒径<4μm,17%产品粒径4~10μm,10%产品粒径11~20μm,产品质量优于文献报道的质量,全流程铜收率为98.8%。
Using domestic copper(Ⅱ)oxide concentrate to prepare inorganic fungicide copper(Ⅱ)chloride oxide.Copper concentrate is calcined at 700℃for 3 h,with a reducing power of 0.3%and an oxidation rate of 97%for copper.By leaching oxidized ore roasting slag with industrial hydrochloric acid,copper(Ⅱ)chloride solution is prepared.The reaction temperature is 80℃,the reaction time is 1.5 h,and the hydrochloric acid concentration is 20%.After purification and impurity removal of copper(Ⅱ)chloride solution,copper(Ⅱ)chloride purification solution is precipitated with industrial caustic soda solution to prepare oxygen Copper(Ⅱ)chloride.The reaction temperature is 70℃,the reaction time is 2 h,and the concentration of caustic soda solution is 200 g/L.After drying the prepared oxygen copper(Ⅱ)chloride,the product contains 55%to 56%Cu and 15%to 16%Cl.The particle size of 73%product is less than 4μm,17%of that is between 4μm and 10μm,and 10%of that is between 11μm and 20μm.The product quality is superior to that reported in literature,with a copper yield of 98.8%throughout the entire process.
