甘草酸二钾舒缓功效对比研究

Comparative Study on the Soothing Effect of Dipotassium Glycyrrhizinate

选取不同生产商生产的甘草酸二钾,利用皮肤斑贴实验,测试不同生产商生产的甘草酸二钾的舒缓功效。实验研究结果表明,0.5%甘草酸二钾具有减轻红斑和减轻皮肤毛细血管的功效。不同生产商生产的甘草酸二钾舒缓效果有明显差异,通过对比实验选出了减轻皮肤红斑和毛细血管的功效最显著的甘草酸二钾生产商。测试该生产商提供的甘草酸二钾不同浓度梯度的炎症舒缓斑贴实验,结果表明,舒缓功效随甘草酸二钾浓度升高而显著增加,其中添加量为0.8%时红斑和毛细血管消退显著,添加量为0.7%时的瘙痒、刺痛和灼热感改善显著。

The soothing effect of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate produced by different manufacturers was tested by skin patch experiment.The experimental results showed that dipotassium glycyrrhizinate of 0.5%had the effect of reducing erythema and skin capillaries.The soothing effects of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate produced by different manufacturers are significantly different.Through comparative experiments,the most significant dipotassium glycyrrhizinate manufacturer was selected for reducing skin erythema and capillaries.The inflammation relieving patch experiment with different concentration gradients of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate provided by the manufacturer was tested.The results showed that the soothing effect increased significantly with the increase of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate concentration,among which the erythema and capillaries subsided significantly when the supplemental level was 0.8%,and the itching,tingling and burning sensation improved significantly when the supplemental level was 0.7%.
