广东省排污许可证质量核查发现的问题及对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures Found in the Quality Inspection of Pollutant Discharge License in Guangdong Province

文章通过对2022年度广东省排污许可证质量常态化核查中发现的质量问题进行统计,分析问题原因并提出强化企业主体责任、加强服务机构监管、建设技术支撑队伍、完善标准体系、推进管理制度衔接对策,旨在为提高排污许可证核发质量提供参考。

Based on the statistics of the quality problems found in the regular inspection of pollutant discharge permit quality in Guangdong Province in 2022,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward countermeasures to strengthen the main responsibility of enterprises,strengthen the supervision of service agencies,build technical support team,improve the standard system and promote the integration of management systems,aiming to provide reference for improving the quality of pollutant discharge permit issuance.
