无汞法测定金精矿全铁含量最优条件探索

摘要 目前金精矿中全铁含量的测定标准方法为氯化亚锡还原-二氯化汞-重铬酸钾容量法,此法由于环保和试剂管控的要求给企业带来困扰。本文通过实验对比发现:三氯化钛还原-硫酸铜催化-重铬酸钾容量法相对于其他无汞法测定较为精准,同时探讨了此法的分解用酸、硅酸盐包裹消除、过量三氯化钛消除方式、干扰消除等问题,调整后方法相对标准偏差为0.13%~0.21%,准确度和精密度较高,且具有操作简单快速、成本低等优势,适合批量样品测定。 At present,the standard method for the determination of total iron content in gold concentrate is stannous chloride reduction-mercury chloride-potassium dichromate volumetric method.This method brings trouble to enterprises due to environmental protection and reagent control requirements.In this paper,through experimental comparison,it is found that the titanium trichloride reduction-copper sulfate catalysis-potassium dichromate volumetric method is more accurate than other mercury-free methods.At the same time,the problems of acid and silicate coating elimination,excessive titanium trichloride elimination method and interference elimination are discussed.After adjustment,the relative standard deviation of the method is 0.13%~0.21%,with high accuracy and precision,and it has the advantages of simple and fast operation and low cost,which is suitable for batch sample determination.
