摘要 有机化学实验是高等院校化学、化工等专业中重要课程,主要是通过实验让学生更好的理解并掌握有机化学专业知识,提高学生学习的兴趣和及其操作技能,将理论知识运用于解决实际。本文通过邻苯二酚的烷基化、硝化、亲核取代、硝基还原等反应设计了3-乙氧基-4-癸氧基乙酰苯胺的制备实验,实验过程主要涉及薄层层析法、减压过滤、蒸馏、重结晶等基础有机化学实验操作技能,不仅可以加深学生专业知识和反应机理的理解,还能增强学生的科研能力,实验内容可以作为有机化学方向的创新实验开设。 Organic chemistry experiment is an important course in chemistry,chemical industry and other majors in institutions of higher learning,mainly through experiments to enable students to better understand and master the professional knowledge of organic chemistry,to improve students'interest in learning and their operational skills,and to apply theoretical knowledge to solve the practical.In this paper,the preparation experiment of 3-ethoxy4-decanoxyacetaniline was designed through the alkylation of catechol,nitration,nucleophilic substitution,nitro reduction and other reactions,and the experimental process mainly involves the thin-layer chromatography,decompression filtration,distillation,recrystallization,and other basic organic chemistry experimental skills,which can not only deepen the professional knowledge of the students and the understanding of the reaction mechanism,but also enhance the scientific research ability of the students,and the experimental content can be used as an innovative experiment in the direction of organic chemistry.The experiments can be used as innovative experiments in the direction of organic chemistry.
